Salary range is 95k–105k, commensurate with experience. The role focuses on program management, policy guidance, and process improvements, with mentorship of junior staff and coordination across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Extensive personnel security experience with leadership.
• Demonstrated program management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead personnel security program activities.
• Provide expert guidance on security policies and compliance matters.
• Support strategic initiatives and process improvements.
• Review reports, metrics, and operational performance.
