Job summary

DTSV, Inc. seeks a Personnel Security Specialist IV to provide adjudication support for Federal Adjudicators, helping determine suitability and national security outcomes in line with E.O.s, CFRs, and relevant guidelines.

You will manage reviews of security questionnaires, ROI, and other records, render adjudicative recommendations, and help implement SOPs and Trusted Workforce initiatives, including CE, CV, and RAPBACK.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 years of personnel security experience.
• Proven experience in rendering adjudicative decisions or recommendations.
• Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office, etc., excellent written and oral communication, risk-management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and use specific government/customer systems such as Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Responsibilities

• Provide adjudication support to Federal adjudicators.
• Review security questionnaires, ROI, and records to inform recommendations.
• Make adjudicative recommendations per applicable regulations for sensitive positions.
• Assist in implementing Trusted Workforce programs (CE, CV, RAPBACK).
• Assist federal staff with SOP development, implementation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with senior security staff to resolve complex issues and propose solutions.
• Contribute to process improvements and automated workflow initiatives.
• Provide leadership by QA, training, and caseload management for a team.
• Act as primary POC for operational requests and meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of case processing systems and guidelines to ensure timely processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate case management across all case types.
