Responsibilities

• Administers trusts in accordance with statutes and regulations.
• Assists in income tax planning and preparation and explains matters to beneficiaries, Financial Advisors and others.
• Interacts with Financial Advisors and clients to define goals and review asset allocation and portfolio changes.
• Interacts with beneficiaries, their advisors and Financial Advisors in the personal trust administration process.
• May participate as a voting member of the Administrative Committee.
• Exercises discretionary personal trust administrative authority.
• Supports business development with Financial Advisors in sales processes.
• Answers inquiries regarding estate planning, trust services and taxes.
• Leads and mentors junior staff.
• Develops and maintains relationships across the organization.
• Reviews progress with executive leadership.
