Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to participate in required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Valid Driver's License. Must be bondable. Complete Company’s training including but not limited to: new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, cashier technical skills, and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying their needs, exceeding expectations, and making every shopping visit a pleasant and satisfying experience.
• Handle Personal Shopper program duties, including downloading internet orders and loading customer vehicles.
• Operate Point of Sale Register, bag orders per policy, stage orders, and load grocery orders.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow health department procedures and store sanitation policies.
• Provide assistance to fellow associates and support teamwork.
