W3Global in West Springfield, MA is seeking an experienced Senior Personal Lines Account Manager to support our insurance team. The role focuses on managing an existing Personal Lines book and delivering excellent client service across policy needs, quotes, and renewals.

The successful candidate will have strong Property & Casualty experience, deep knowledge of personal insurance products, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with carriers.

Qualifications

• Prior Property & Casualty insurance experience is required.
• Strong experience in Personal Lines insurance.
• Experience as Personal Lines Account Manager, Senior CSR, Account Executive, or similar role.
• Experience servicing and managing an existing book of business.
• Experience with new-business quoting and renewal remarketing.
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance products, policies, and coverage.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Responsibilities

Work Arrangement

This is an in-office position in West Springfield, MA. Work-from-home flexibility may become available after at least one full year with the company.
