The ideal candidate must hold a Property & Casualty license and have significant prior insurance experience. Responsibilities include following up with leads, quoting policies, and ensuring professionalism in all interactions.

This is a full-time, onsite position with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.

What You Will Do

The Senior Personal Lines Insurance Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role builds relationships and produces insurance sales, bringing a wealth of experience and setting an example for other team members.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospects – leads will be provided.
• Quote and sell policies.
• Protect the best interests of both clients and insurance company partners.
• Follow up and see tasks through to completion.
• Appropriately document contact opportunities.
• Act with professionalism in all cases, using a sales and service mindset.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license (required).
• Insurance experience, with an active Property & Casualty license.
• Ability to multi‑task and manage different projects and tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, able to speak and write clearly and calmly.
• Excellent organization, able to plan and operate in a well‑organized manner.
• Team oriented, able to work as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
