You will own a personal injury caseload with support staff in a collaborative, professional environment that prioritizes work-life balance and top-tier compensation.

The ideal candidate has CA bar license, 7+ years of injury litigation experience, meaningful trial work, and excellent written and verbal communication.

• About 7+ years of personal injury litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury caseload from litigation through resolution and trial.
• Develop and carry out case strategy.
• Conduct written discovery and depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other litigation documents.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations and settlements.
• Prepare cases for trial and try cases as needed.
• Coordinate with support staff and other attorneys to keep matters efficient.
• Keep clients informed and maintain strong relationships.
