Job summary

The Recruiting Hive in Los Angeles seeks a senior Litigation Attorney to lead plaintiff-side Personal Injury matters. You will manage cases through investigation, strategy, discovery and trial preparation, with opportunities to lead cases to trial and collaborate with senior trial attorneys.

The ideal candidate has a JD, active CA Bar membership, and 7+ years in PI litigation, with strong advocacy, research, and negotiation skills. Experience with depositions and expert witnesses is valued.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and active California Bar membership.
• Approximately 7+ years of personal injury law firm experience.
• Substantial hands‑on civil litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of California litigation procedures, discovery and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop litigation strategy and manage cases from filing through resolution or trial.
• Evaluate liability, damages, settlement potential and litigation strategy.
• Draft complaints, pleadings, motions and briefs; handle discovery and depositions.
• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions, hearings and trial; take and defend depositions.
• Identify, retain and prepare medical and expert witnesses; conduct legal research.
