Saint Cyr Partners in Los Angeles seeks a senior litigation attorney focused on plaintiff-side personal injury. You will manage a portfolio of cases from evaluation through discovery, mediation and trial preparation, with opportunities to lead cases as lead counsel and to partner with experienced trial attorneys.

The ideal candidate has a California JD, active bar license, about 7+ years in PI, strong writing and advocacy, experience taking depositions, negotiating settlements, and coordinating

Formación

• Juris Doctor degree and active California Bar membership.
• Extensive hands-on civil litigation experience in personal injury matters.
• Strong writing, advocacy and client-communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop litigation strategy from filing through resolution or trial.
• Draft complaints, pleadings, motions, briefs and other legal documents.
• Propound and respond to written discovery and resolve discovery disputes.
• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions, hearings and trial.
• Take and defend depositions and coordinate with expert witnesses.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations as needed.
