Job summary

Scion Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Litigation Attorney for a well-established plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Las Vegas, NV. The role offers meaningful trial work, mentorship, and growth within a collaborative practice with client focus.

The attorney will manage matters from filing to resolution, collaborate on strategy with senior attorneys, and engage in significant client interaction on high-value cases. On-site position with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada license to practice law in good standing.
• 7+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Demonstrated trial experience.
• Strong understanding of personal injury litigation procedures and applicable state laws.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Experience drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active cases.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury litigation matters from filing through resolution.
• Conduct case investigations to establish liability and evaluate damages.
• Draft, file, and argue pleadings, discovery motions, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare and oppose dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment.
• Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with attorneys and legal staff.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the litigation process.
• Handle discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Advocate on behalf of clients through all stages of litigation.
