• 5+ years of Personal Injury Litigation Attorney experience
• Trial experience is a plus
• Ability to lead a legal team and manage clients

Responsibilities

• Prepare demand letters and negotiate settlements with insurers
• Open new files, create litigation plans, and conduct discovery
• Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication
