As a Litigation Attorney, you will oversee gathering documents and evidence related to claims, and negotiate settlements with clients and teams to prepare demand letters.

You will handle a large caseload with leadership responsibilities, negotiate settlements, and ensure effective client communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Personal Injury Litigation Attorney experience.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Leadership skills to build and manage a legal team.
• Ability to interact with clients during their time of need.
• Determination to get the best results for clients and win cases.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gathering necessary documents and evidence and other relevant information for your claim and negotiating settlements.
• Work with your team to prepare demand letters and negotiate settlements.
• Open new files, create litigation plans, conduct discovery.
