Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000/year + Bonus + Full Benefits
Location: Remote (must attend in-person hearings in New York courts)
Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

About the Opportunity

HireNow Staffing is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with a strong background in personal injury law to join a nationally recognized firm. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced trial lawyer who is eager to manage high-value cases, lead in the courtroom, and work with a firm that values excellence, advocacy, and results.

While this role offers the flexibility of remote work, the ideal candidate must be licensed in New York and prepared to handle in-person court proceedings, depositions, and trials across the state. A Texas bar license is a strong plus, as the firm is expanding its litigation footprint.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of a robust litigation docket from intake through trial or settlement.

  • Lead all aspects of personal injury cases including pleadings, motions, discovery, mediations, and trials.

  • Serve as first-chair trial counsel in jury trials and complex hearings.

  • Develop and execute litigation strategies while ensuring clients remain informed and supported.

  • Mentor and collaborate with paralegals, litigation support staff, and junior attorneys.

  • Handle cases in both state and, if applicable, federal courts.

What You Bring

  • Active New York Bar license (required and in good standing).

  • 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience, with proven trial success.

  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, client-focused practice.

  • Exceptional advocacy skills both written and oral and strong negotiation ability.

Preferred Qualifications What Sets You Apart

  • First-chair jury trial experience: the ability to confidently lead trials from voir dire to verdict.

  • Federal court licensure and/or appellate experience: expanding your versatility in litigation strategy.

  • Multi-jurisdiction litigation background: proven ability to adapt across state courts and rules.

  • Texas Bar admission: highly desired as the firm expands its presence in complex, multi-state cases.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 annually + performance-based bonus

  • Full Benefits: health, dental, vision, PTO, holidays

  • Professional Growth: direct mentorship, leadership opportunities, and training to further your litigation expertise

  • Work-Life Balance: remote setup with courtroom presence only as needed

  • Supportive Culture: a collaborative team committed to advocacy and client success

Why This Role?

This is more than just another litigation position. It's an opportunity to step into a high-visibility role with immediate trial responsibility, significant autonomy, and the chance to shape the outcomes of life-changing personal injury cases. For attorneys ready to leverage their courtroom skills and expand their credentials including trial chair, federal court experience, and multi-jurisdiction practice this position offers the perfect blend of challenge, flexibility, and advancement.
