Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and participate in litigation involving personal injury cases and other matters.
• Handle own caseload of personal injury cases and related matters.
• Prepare opinions, briefs, arguments, and pleadings for litigation and arbitrations.
• Make frequent appearances before courts, juries, and judges.
• Obtain depositions and prepare witnesses for trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements for the General Counsel.
