Formación

• Requires JD from an accredited law school and Illinois bar admission.
• Preferably 1 year of legal experience in personal injury, subrogation, or property damage.

Responsabilidades

• Handle own docket of personal injury cases.
• Interview witnesses and take depositions.
• Prepare witnesses for court testimony and advise on evidence.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions.
• Review discovery requests and pre-trial materials.
• Represent CTA at trials, hearings, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on large cases.
• Supervise paralegals and support staff.
