Qualifications

• Experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager is strongly preferred
• 2+ years in a legal or insurance-adjacent role preferred
• Ability to multi-task and follow procedures in a fast-paced setting
• Proactive client communication with insurance companies and medical providers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with existing and potential clients via phone and in person
• Order medical records and coordinate with clients and providers
• Gather documents to support injury or liability positions
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and healthcare providers
• Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to manage case files
• Maintain organized case files
• Prepare demands and support submissions to carriers
• Present case summaries to attorneys when needed
• Oversee case files from intake to closing under attorney direction
