Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to Virginia State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years personal injury trial experience.
• Proficient in personal injury law, including negligence and torts.
• Strong legal writing, research, and persuasive drafting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from inception through trial.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Represent clients in court with evidence and arguments.
• Negotiate settlements with counsel and insurers.
• Maintain regular client communication.
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff for case management.
• Stay current on personal injury developments and continue CLE.
