Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
• Sales experience in a relationship-oriented environment is preferred.

• Demonstrates time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients and uncover personal banking needs.
• Assist clients with self-service transactions and connect them to specialists.
• Deepen client relationships through platform services and proactive follow-up.
• Open accounts, perform maintenance, and handle Digital Assisted Shopping within guidelines.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and deliver accurate client experiences.
