An established industry player is seeking a Senior Personal Banker to build and maintain strong customer relationships. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service while identifying customer needs for account and loan products. The ideal candidate will lead by example, driving sales at the accounts desk and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The Senior Personal Banker builds and maintains strong customer relationships. They provide exceptional service, process customer requests, place customers in appropriate account and loan products, cross-sell other bank services, and refer customers to other departments as appropriate. The primary focus of this role is to be a leader in sales at the accounts desk.
To ensure employee engagement, retention, and continued top-level service as our branches grow, it is essential to have well-trained employees at all levels. The 6-month position guideline helps set employees up for success. To apply for another position, employees must be in their current role/branch for at least 6 months. Exceptions can be discussed with a Customer Service Officer.
Indoor setting, not exposed to outdoor hazards. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods. Occasional lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
