Job summary

Saipem is seeking a Senior Permit to Work Coordinator to lead HSE on complex site operations. You will ensure PTW systems are properly implemented, conduct inductions, train staff, and maintain updated procedures across projects.

You will coach others, oversee life-saving rules, and promote safe techniques. Expect a 12-month contract with health benefits and opportunities to contribute to Saipem's global safety culture.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge on HSE in Oil and Gas environments and PTW systems.
• Ability to coach other project’s Permit to Work Coordinators.
• Working knowledge of LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal HSE inspections.
• Deliver HSE induction and training.
• Keep updated HSE procedures for the specific tasks.
• Supervise HSE procedures implementation in the operative sites.
• Ensure effective implementation of Life Saving Rules.
• Spread HSE rules / standards / procedures / bulletins on site.
• Ensure that relevant safety risk assessments are complied with and that Job Safety Analysis are prepared during the Operations
• Promote safe operative techniques and methodologies for the planning, safety control (i.e. JSA)
• Ensure adequate HSE reporting in line with Company procedures.

Job Title: Senior Permit to Work Coordinator

Mission:

• Ensure that Project/Site HSE plans and procedures are properly implemented on site during operations
• Report to the upper HSE referent on any HSE issues occurred on site
• Liaise continuously with the workforce and supervision on HSE issues
