What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and present proposals on how the employer's products can meet customer needs and be implemented successfully
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and potential influencers
- Lead customer engagements from initial presentations to final implementation, including planning and in-field communication
- Track and report monthly gains related to products implemented to Division Manager
- Drive market penetration of products and services as defined each year
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, and full-cycle sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years of related sales experience within the medical supplies industry
- Ability to travel at least 75% of the time for business purposes
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate to a sales organization and customers
- Excellent organizational, planning, communication, and follow-up skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience selling in the hospital and/or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
- Familiarity with conducting product trials and validations
- Experience in utilizing reviews and comprehensive program implementations
