Job summary

University of Nebraska-Lincoln is seeking an Associate RDN to provide comprehensive nutrition services for student-athletes and oversee fueling stations in Lincoln, NE. Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition or related field, or Master’s with DPD requirements.
• Must be a Registered Dietitian.
• Strong clinical skills in medical nutrition therapy.
• Knowledge of performance nutrition principles and strategies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced athletic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nutrition services to the University of Nebraska Athletic Department.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nutrition strategies for student-athletes.
• Oversee fueling stations and support sports dietitians and internship program.
• Collaborate with nutrition, sports medicine, strength and conditioning, psychology services, food service, and team staff.
• Work with Director of Olympic Performance Nutrition & Assistant AD for program development and quality management.
