The role focuses on managing a Federal Stakeholder Outreach and Performance Management program, with duties including senior-level interface with the client, program evaluation design, and oversight of contract financials, while delivering high-quality analytical support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in program evaluation.
• Master's or PhD in statistics or social sciences.
• Experience in program evaluation, data collection and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical and management support for all contract activities and serve as primary client interface.
• Demonstrate expertise in quantitative and qualitative evaluation designs, methods, and approaches.
• Oversee financial and administrative aspects of the contract requirements.
