Job summary

Chevo is hiring an experienced Performance Measurement Program Manager to join our expanding firm in the Washington, DC area. This role involves significant client interaction as you learn the client's business and become a trusted advisor.

It is a hybrid role with in-office participation 1 day per week, and a salary range of $160,000–$180,000 plus bonus potential. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in program evaluation, advanced degrees in statistics or related fields, and demonstrated

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in statistics or social sciences.
• 7+ years' work experience in program evaluation.
• Experience with DHS fitness determination.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage contract activities and interface with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical and management support for all contract activities.
• Serve as the primary interface with the client on program issues.
• Oversee design of quantitative and qualitative evaluation approaches.
• Oversee financial and administrative aspects of the contract.
