As Performance Marketing Specialist at Blacksmith, you own strategy, performance and client-facing leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and conversion optimization.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels concurrently.
• Expertise with Google Ads, GA4, Search Console and keyword tools.
• Ability to present strategic recommendations to clients and account executives.
• Track record of leading execution teams and delivering quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients across industries.
• Join sales calls with account executives to validate scope and pitch recommendations.
• Build 90 day, 6 month and annual growth roadmaps for each client.
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
• Audit campaigns, keyword strategies, bidding, landing pages and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical SEO, on-page SEO, link building and AI-driven content.
• Own KPI tracking, conversion attribution and analytics accuracy.
• Give weekly direction and QA, coordinating priorities with the marketing PM.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
