70,000 - $85,000 / year The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will manage all aspects of media management and optimization on assigned accounts, acting as a day-to-day media contact and providing strategic recommendations based on client KPIs. Responsibilities include conceptualizing, forecasting, building, optimizing campaigns, and reporting metrics and insights relevant to client success. This role collaborates with internal teams—Account Management, Analytics, Digital Design—and works closely with clients and partner agencies to communicate performance and identify opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid media, primarily paid search and paid social, and experience in executing and measuring multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Strong project management, communication skills, and a curiosity to understand what impacts overall performance are essential. This position is remote-compatible; remote employees should use video conferencing tools for meetings. What you'll do :
Manage paid media campaigns focusing on Paid Search and Paid Social, with expansion into channels like Google Ads tactics, Programmatic, CTV, etc. Plan, build, monitor, and optimize campaigns including targeting, bidding, budgeting, ad copy, messaging, landing pages, and A / B testing. Proactively report on campaign performance, providing insights and strategic recommendations for performance improvements and media mix adjustments. Collaborate with internal teams and communicate performance and opportunities to clients. Key Responsibilities :
Plan, forecast, build, and optimize media budgets and performance. Manage pacing and performance for assigned clients. Prioritize and manage daily tasks and client deliverables independently. Utilize analytics and trend tools daily to monitor performance, providing insights and recommendations. Communicate with clients regarding media management, performance, and optimization opportunities. Manage media strategy and testing for new and existing channels. Implement tracking tags via GTM or other platforms. Stay updated on platform capabilities, best practices, and trends; communicate these to the team. Manage relationships with media vendors and partners. Assist in training junior team members. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise :
Required : 4+ years in agency or in-house performance marketing. 3+ years in paid search and paid social ad consoles (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). 3+ years in budget management, reporting, and analytics. 3+ years in campaign planning and activation across digital channels. 2+ years in tagging platforms and implementation (GTM, Tealium, etc.). Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Preferred : Experience with CRO and SEO opportunities. Experience with email acquisition and nurture strategies. Benefits :
