Qualifications
8–12 years of hands-on performance engineering experience.

Proficiency in PowerShell automation.
Deep understanding of performance KPIs and bottleneck analysis.
Knowledge of microservices, REST/gRPC, databases, caching.
Responsibilities
Embed performance NFRs into user stories.
Define acceptance criteria and create lightweight tests.
Conduct test authoring & execution using JMeter and LoadRunner.
Perform observability & RCA using Splunk and APM tools.
Execute performance tuning across application, database, and infrastructure.
