Qualifications

• Demonstrated Microsoft Azure expertise in a fast-moving technology environment.
• Working understanding of both Django and Microsoft Azure in real-world settings.
• Comfortable owning projects from concept through delivery.
• Track record that proves you can values-led ship under deadline pressure.
• Senior fluency in gRPC, with JavaScript on your roadmap.
• 7 years of learning when to trust the process and when to break it.
• An eye for the trust-based detail that separates fine from finished.

Responsibilities

• Mentor the senior cohort through their first real Laravel on-call at DataWave Corp.
• Automate the manual Google Cloud chores that quietly drain Mobile, AL engineering hours.
• Scale DataWave Corp's Problem Solving services from Mobile pilot to AL-wide rollout.
• Bridge Microsoft Azure and JavaScript so the two halves of DataWave Corp's platform finally talk.
• Keep Google Cloud schemas backward-compatible so DataWave Corp never forces a breaking upgrade.
• Stitch gRPC events into the Problem Solving pipeline feeding DataWave Corp's technology reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements proactively.
• Partner with QA to define test coverage and catch regressions early.
