Job summary

Target is seeking a Sr. Performance Analyst, Supplier Performance Management (Business Partner Experience) in Minneapolis. You will analyze partner performance across quality, on-time delivery, and fill rate, driving improvement initiatives and operational standards.

The role requires a four-year degree and 2–5 years in supply chain or related fields, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 10%. Work is hybrid with onsite and remote days at Target HQ MN.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in supply chain or related field.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
