Harris Associates L.P. in Chicago, IL seeks an experienced Investment Analyst to lead cross-functional projects, coach junior staff, and drive process improvements while ensuring adherence to Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS).
The role requires 3 years in investment analysis or related fields and strong data skills with Excel and Power BI, plus familiarity with Morningstar Direct, Factset, or Bloomberg. Hybrid work options are available.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Accounting or Finance, or related field. and 3 years of experience as an investment analyst, finance/economics research analyst, performance analyst, or other role that provided experience with the formulas, calculations, and mathematics of performance and risk measurement.
Experience must include three (3) years of experience in all of the following:
