Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking a highly capable Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology transfer and commercialization programs within peptide drug substance manufacturing. This role requires deep peptide manufacturing expertise, exceptional PM skills, strategic thinking, digital innovation, and hands-on execution.

You will be the key leader transferring peptide processes across external sites, driving cross-functional execution and risk management.

Qualifications

• Senior project manager with peptide manufacturing tech transfer experience.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across development, QA, regulatory, and supply chain.
• Experience driving digital analytics and automation for transfer programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology transfer and NPI activities for peptide DS across sites.
• Coordinate with PD, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and CMOs/CDMOs.
• Develop transfer strategies, plans, schedules, and governance.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, and stage-gate milestones.
• Implement dashboards and analytics to improve transfer visibility.
