Job summary

The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association seeks an experienced PeopleSoft System Administrator to support HCM environments from development to production. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot servers and services like WebLogic and Integration Broker while coordinating with HR and IT teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PeopleSoft admin, strong security and scripting skills, and a proven ability to improve reliability and performance in enterprise settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PeopleSoft System Administration experience in enterprise environments.
• Expert in PeopleSoft Security on PeopleTools 8.6x with comprehensive auth setup.
• Proficient in Windows and Linux server environments.
• Competent with Active Directory, LDAP, and SSO solutions.
• Familiar with SQL, Oracle, or other database technologies.
• Scripting/automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support PeopleSoft HCM environments across the lifecycle.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Application Server, Process Scheduler, Web Server, and Integration Broker.
• Perform environment builds, migrations, patches, and upgrades.
• Monitor system health, batch processing, and availability.
• Apply security patches and manage vulnerabilities.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, development, and HR teams.
• Develop technical documentation and runbooks.
• Identify opportunities for automation and reliability improvements.
