Job summary

100% on-site PeopleSoft Developer position with OMES in Oklahoma City. Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining PeopleSoft solutions across FSCM modules, working with cross‑agency teams to deliver enhancements and integrations.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience, strong PeopleTools skills, and familiarity with Oracle patches, maintenance, and upgrades. Government context preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Experience with government or public sector financial systems preferred.
• Familiarity with OMES policies, statewide financial processes, and Oracle Cloud/Workday integrations.
• Experience with PTF, DPK, or automated testing frameworks.
• Experience in Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agency users, analysts, and teams to gather requirements and design enhancements.
• Develop and maintain PeopleSoft customizations using PeopleTools and rich tooling.
• Support maintenance, patching, and Oracle coordination activities.
• Oversee releases, migrations, and environment management with PCM and Oracle coordination.
• Manage incidents and pursue continuous improvement in applications and interfaces.
• Participate in agile planning, track progress in Azure DevOps, and document work in SharePoint.
