Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Developer in Scottsdale, AZ to design, code, test, document, and maintain high-quality PS Financials and HR modifications. You will mentor staff, lead technical direction, and coordinate development tasks across PS teams.

Expect responsibilities include project management for design and implementation, ensuring security and best practices, and delivering production support for PS applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Five (5) years' experience with PeopleSoft development is required with demonstrated successful experience with as many of the following as possible: development, integration and support of business applications.
• Experience with Oracle/PeopleSoft Development tools (including PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface, Integration Broker, FLUID User Interface, AWE, PTF, and PS Query).
• MS SQL Server 2016 or higher (including both database and analytics engines).

Responsibilities

• Mentor PS Application Development staff to attain technical and customer service skills.
• Provide technical leadership on data interface, messaging and information transfer issues.
• Provide senior technical knowledge to IT and the PS project team.
• Coordinate workflow and establish performance standards and deliverables.
• Define and maintain PS development and production architecture and environments.
