Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Systems Administrator to maintain a complex PeopleSoft HCM environment, including administration, patching, upgrades, and middleware across Windows and Linux.

The role involves managing WebLogic, Tuxedo, Java, and related components, applying PeopleTools updates, and supporting AWS cloud infrastructure while ensuring security, stability, and performance. US Citizenship and Top Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PeopleSoft administration experience.
• Experience applying PeopleTools upgrades, patches, and PUM updates.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle Database, WebLogic, Tuxedo, and Java administration.
• Experience supporting Windows Server 2019/2022 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 environments.
• Experience with Elasticsearch and OpenSearch administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support PeopleSoft HCM on Oracle Database running on Linux.
• Apply PeopleTools patches, upgrades, and PUM packages.
• Manage and maintain PeopleSoft technologies including WebLogic, Tuxedo, Java, and related middleware components.
• Administer PeopleTools environments on Windows Server 2019/2022.
• Create and maintain automation scripts for managing PeopleSoft services on Linux.
• Configure, administer, and support Phire change management.
• Manage Elasticsearch and OpenSearch environments on Linux.
• Administer and maintain SSL certificates for production and non-production environments.
• Perform Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 8) patching, maintenance, and support.
• Support AWS cloud infrastructure and engineering activities related to the PeopleSoft ecosystem.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform security, stability, and performance.
