A progressive health organization is seeking a Senior People Partner to shape the employee experience. This role involves leading HR strategy, coaching managers, and collaborating with leadership across various departments. Ideal candidates will have extensive HR experience and strong interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required.
This is an exciting time to join Midi Health as a Senior People Partner! Reporting into the Senior Director, People Partners & Talent Development, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the employee experience at Midi. You’ll have end-to-end ownership of your assigned client groups—which include Tech, Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and more—while also collaborating on company-wide People initiatives.

Help design and deliver people strategies that directly impact our growth
Partner with leaders across some of the most critical teams at Midi (Engineering, Product, Marketing, and beyond)
Work at the intersection of talent, leadership development, and employee experience
Make a direct impact on employee engagement, retention, and culture
As a Senior People Partner, you will:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related business field
8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, including 3+ years supporting technical or corporate functions (Engineering, Product, Data, Marketing, etc.)
Experience with matrixed organizations and client groups of 200+ employees
Previous leadership experience managing HRBPs or people professionals
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the org
Solid understanding of HR compliance and labor laws
A user-led, design-thinking, or agile mindset for building scalable, employee-first solutions
