Job summary

Chamber Cardio is seeking a Senior People Operations Manager to partner with leaders across clinical operations, technology, and G&A to shape talent strategy and execution.

You will own onboarding and off-boarding, lead performance management cycles, and handle complex employee relations with practical, data-driven counsel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR business partner experience, with at least 2 years supporting senior leaders.
• Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or another regulated industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong data fluency and excellent communication skills.

• Lead performance management cycles, including goal-setting, mid-year check-ins, and annual reviews.
