The Senior People Business Partner will be instrumental in shaping the people strategy and driving organizational success within our Technology & G&A business groups. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, offering strategic HR guidance and daily tactical direction to ensure alignment with business objectives in our fast-moving, performance-based environment.

At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the total rewards package. The base salary range for this position is $120,000–$140,000, depending on location and experience. Additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered. We consider market conditions, job-related skills, and experience when determining pay. We provide a robust suite of physical, financial, and mental wellness benefits.
