Job description

Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives at the intersection of people and business performance? Do you bring both strategic perspective and hands-on execution to your work?

We are seeking a Senior People Advisor to partner with leaders and employees across multiple U.S. sites, supporting both office and manufacturing populations. This is a high-impact role where you will help shape the employee experience, strengthen organizational capability, and drive HR excellence across approximately 300 employees.

The Opportunity

As a trusted HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning people strategies with business priorities. You will operate as both a strategic advisor and an operational expert—guiding leaders through complex employee matters, supporting organizational change, and ensuring compliance with U.S. labor laws and company policies.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work across diverse environments, including commercial and manufacturing operations, while collaborating with an international HR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic and operational HR partner to leaders across multiple sites
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
  • Manage complex employee cases, including disciplinary actions, performance concerns, leave management, and exits
  • Partner with leaders to drive engagement, organizational effectiveness, and culture initiatives
  • Lead and support HR projects that deliver measurable business impact
  • Support compensation and benefits processes in partnership with regional Rewards teams
  • Collaborate with labor unions and participate in collective bargaining activities
  • Contribute to organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives
  • Coach and mentor managers and HR colleagues to build leadership capability
  • Ensure consistent application of HR practices and compliance with all applicable regulations
What You Bring

You are a seasoned HR professional who is comfortable navigating complexity, influencing stakeholders, and balancing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience in a Business Partner or HR leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor and employment law
  • Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters
  • Experience working in unionized environments and supporting collective bargaining
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into action
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with sound judgment
What We Offer
  • Meaningful impact: A role where you can directly influence culture, leadership, and business outcomes
