What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the administration and updates of U.S. retirement programs, ensuring effective vendor coordination and communication
- Develop and deliver communications related to U.S. retirement benefits to key stakeholders while resolving complex inquiries
- Design and implement competitive U.S. retirement benefit programs, performing benchmarking analysis to enhance program effectiveness
- Partner with various departments to manage vendor relationships and support contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance with U.S. legal requirements and internal standards through policy development and maintenance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience with strong technical knowledge of U.S. retirement benefits
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to communicate complex technical retirement matters effectively to various levels of the organization
- Proven project management capabilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- More than 5 years of experience in the U.S. retirement benefits field
- In-depth technical knowledge of U.S. retirement plans, including legal and tax regulations
- Strong cross-functional influencing and collaboration skills across HR, Finance, Legal, and Tax
- SOA accreditation or active progress toward accreditation
