OCH Technologies LLC is seeking a Penetration Testing Lead to plan, execute, and document penetration tests across networks, systems, and aircraft cybersecurity. You will develop ROEs, lead red/blue team exercises, and deliver actionable PTRs in a highly regulated environment.

The role requires 15+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years leading teams, FAA-related testing experience, and OSCP/CEH or equivalent certifications.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• Fifteen or more years of cybersecurity experience with leadership of penetration testing teams.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary technical POC for all penetration testing activities, including NAS, network, system, and aircraft cyber assessments.
• Develop Rules of Engagement (ROE) with system owners and ACG for each engagement.
• Lead high-complexity penetration tests in NAS and Mission Support environments, directing testing teams.
• Plan and execute red team and blue team exercises in simulated FAA environments.
• Document penetration test results with attack vectors, vulnerabilities, and remediation actions.
• Report high-risk findings to the FAA and manage regression testing to verify remediation.
• Maintain penetration testing tools and FAA-approved environments; attend PMRs and brief POAMs.
