Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Pega Workflow Systems Engineer to lead architecture, design, and governance of enterprise workflow solutions. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to engineer scalable, secure, and resilient systems that support critical processes.

Responsibilities include system integration across Pega, distributed, mainframe, cloud, and external systems, providing technical leadership, and ensuring production readiness and adherence to security

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience.
In-depth knowledge of information systems and IT best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and engineering of enterprise workflow solutions using Pega Platform.
Translate complex requirements into scalable, secure architectures for critical business operations.
Define and oversee system integration between Pega and distributed, mainframe, cloud, and external systems.
Provide technical leadership across the solution lifecycle and production readiness.
Establish engineering standards, governance, and best practices for enterprise solutions.
Design and oversee security controls, monitoring, and risk mitigation per security standards.
Conduct architecture reviews to ensure adherence to standards and performance expectations.
Mentor engineering teams on architecture, systems design, and integration strategies.
