JPS Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd in the United States is seeking a Pega Lead / Senior Pega Developer with 12+ years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade Pega applications.

The role emphasizes case management, BPM, UI components, and integrations via REST/SOAP, with a focus on mentoring junior developers and ensuring guardrails and best practices are followed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with hands-on Pega PRPC / Pega Platform

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable applications using Pega PRPC / Pega Platform
• Lead the implementation of case management and BPM workflows
• Build and configure rules, flows, flow actions, decision tables, and decision trees
• Develop and customize UI components including Sections, Harnesses, and Skins
• Utilize low-code / no-code capabilities to deliver efficient and maintainable solutions
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into designs
• Design and develop reusable components while ensuring Pega guardrail compliance
• Integrate Pega with REST and SOAP services
• Design and manage data models using Classes, Properties, and Data Pages
• Create and optimize reports and dashboards using Report Definitions
• Perform unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and code reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment and production issues
• Use Pega debugging tools such as Tracer, Clipboard, and Live UI
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and solution architecture
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across the team
