Job summary

Gandiva Insights LLC is seeking a Sr. Pega Business Analyst for a remote, 12-month contract. You will lead discovery sessions, translate requirements into Pega-ready user stories, and collaborate across teams to deliver PEGA-based solutions.

You will write clear acceptance criteria, develop test plans, and support QA/UAT testing. Strong communication and Agile/Scrum experience are required; PEGA cloud experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience with 2–5 years in Pega.
• Lead discovery sessions, gather requirements and translate them into Pega-ready user stories.
• Write clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with technical leads to develop a solution and with developers for functional alignment.
• Document BRDs, FRDs, process maps, UI wireframes, and traceability matrices.
• Create test plans and test cases, execute tests, and support testing (functional/integration/regression).
• Support QA/UAT testing and documentation; log defects and ensure resolution.
• Ensure guardrails compliance, performance standards, and best practices.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills; experience with Agile/Scrum; PEGA cloud a plus.
