Qualifications
5+ years of pediatric physical therapy experience.
Experience treating infants, toddlers, and pediatric orthopedic patients.
Outpatient pediatric or private practice experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations for infants, toddlers, and pediatric orthopedic patients.
Develop and implement individualized evidence‑based treatment plans.
Provide skilled hands‑on therapy to improve mobility, coordination, strength, and functional skills.
Deliver high‑quality one‑on‑one care with a focus on family education and home programming.
Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Stay current with evidence‑based pediatric physical therapy practices.
Mentor and support newer therapists and team members.
Assist in the development of infant/toddler and pediatric orthopedic programs.
Participate in community outreach and relationship‑building initiatives.
Contribute to educational resources and practice growth efforts.
Skills
Advanced pediatric clinical reasoning and treatment skills
Strong understanding of infant/toddler development and pediatric orthopedic rehabilitation

Education
