Triumph Pediatrics, a concierge pediatric therapy practice in Washington, DC, seeks an Experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist on a 1099 independent contractor basis. The clinician will serve families across DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia with a focus on sensory processing, feeding, fine motor, and school readiness.

The role emphasizes long-term relationships, excellent documentation, and autonomous scheduling.

Qualifications

• Pediatric OT experience with depth and continuity in care.
• Independent contractor model with self-management of schedule and referrals.
• Strong documentation and timely communication with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a small caseload (10–15 children) to ensure quality work.
• Submit visit notes within 72 hours and evaluations within 10 business days.
• Provide in-home and community-based services across the DMV area and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
