Indian Health Service is seeking a self-directed nurse leader for the Pediatric Inpatient Unit in Shiprock, NM. The incumbent will serve as first-line supervisor for nursing and clinical support staff, oversee daily unit operations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient care.

The role requires a graduate or higher degree in nursing, an active U.S. nursing license, and NCLEX completion, along with supervisory experience and policy implementation

Formación

• Graduate or higher level degree in professional nursing is required.
• Current, active, full, and unrestricted nursing license in the United States.
• Must have passed the National Council Licensure Examination.
• At least one full year of professional nursing experience equivalent to the next lower grade level.
• Ability to obtain medical staff privileges and maintain licensure.
