Job summary

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and treatments per orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, pharmacists, and therapists on care plans.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EHR and communicate changes.
