Job summary

A leading children's health system in Wilmington is seeking a Senior Echocardiography Sonographer. You will be responsible for providing high-quality echocardiography services and patient care in various settings. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience and certifications in pediatric and fetal echocardiography. Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Certification by ARDMS or CCI required and must be active.
• Minimum of 7 years of pediatric and/or fetal echocardiography experience.
• Experience in various specialty echocardiography areas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic transthoracic and/or fetal echocardiograms independently.
• Obtain relevant clinical information to identify imaging goals.
• Generate preliminary echocardiogram reports efficiently.
• Demonstrate proficiency with echocardiography equipment.
• Provide age-appropriate care during examinations.
• Coverage of satellite locations as needed.
