Qualifications

• Requires BS in Civil or Structural Engineering and a PE license in good standing with Texas eligibility
• Minimum 4 years progressive engineering experience and 2+ years in management/leadership
• Proven expertise in structural analysis and aluminum/building structures
• Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) and structural analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee complex structural calculations for components and assemblies.
• Review, approve, and stamp calculations and shop drawings for submittals.
• Lead and manage the in-house engineering team and set department goals.
